Every part of your leg will be worked in this 5-minute tutorial and the result will be long, lean and gorgeous gams! It’s going to be challenging to stay up on your toes the entire time, but if it’s easy, you’re not going to see any change. Step out of your comfort zone and take the challenge!
9. Long, Lean Legs! Outer Thigh Workout for Beginners, at Home Fitness Routine by PsycheTruth
With no equipment except for your fitness matt, this outer thigh workout is perfect for beginners, or days when you don’t have it in you to hit the gym, but still want to do something active. You can even do some of the exercises in bed when you wake up or before you fall asleep! You’ll do floor exercises as well as exercises standing up to lengthen, strengthen and tone your legs. She offers a great range of movements that work the entire leg.

I love this workout because she takes you through exactly how to do each exercise from lunges to squats to hip thrusts. It’s perfect for beginners or for anyone who needs a refresher on how to do the exercises properly. If you don’t do them properly, you won’t get as many benefits as you can, and what’s the point in that? Each of these exercises act as a great foundation for more challenging leg workouts.
