As many of you already know, I lost my dear dad very suddenly and unexpectedly in July, and while I know deep in my soul that he knew how much I loved him right up until the moment he died, I wish I had taken the time to say ‘thank you’ to him.
For making me take risks. For always having my back. For believing in me. For making me feel loved. For teaching me not to take myself too seriously. For being the best mentor I’ve ever had. For never thinking any man was good enough for me until I found my husband. For being such a wonderful grandad to my daughter. And for being the best dad a kid could EVER ask for.
